Bankers’ Bank Welcomes Eric Meilstrup to Board

MADISON, Wis.,—Bankers’ Bank, has named Eric J. Meilstrup to its Board of Directors.

A seasoned banking executive with nearly four decades of industry experience, Eric Meilstrup brings deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of community banking dynamics.

Meilstrup currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LCNB Corp. and LCNB National Bank, a $2.3+ billion locally owned bank holding company headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio. He has been with LCNB for 37 years, including more than two decades as a member of its executive leadership team. Throughout his tenure, Meilstrup has held oversight responsibilities across key functional areas including Deposit Operations, Branch Operations, Human Resources, Training, and Customer Service.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Meilstrup serves on the Ohio Banking League Board of Directors and has held leadership roles with several organizations, including past Chair of the Countryside YMCA Board. His additional board service includes the Warren County Foundation, West Side Church of Christ, and Public Media Connect. He is also a member of the Warren County Career Center District Business Advisory Committee and a charter member of the Lebanon Optimist Club.
