
Caleb Martin
OREGON, Wis.,—One Community Bank has promoted Caleb Martin to VP – Annual Review. In this role, Caleb will continue to lead the bank’s growing annual review department, ensuring the continued strength of OCB’s loan portfolio.

With roughly 90% of the bank’s assets tied to loans, Caleb understands the critical importance of managing credit risk. “My team is dedicated to monitoring the loan portfolio through targeted annual reviews, assessing the performance of current properties and businesses, and ensuring that new and renewal loans are underwritten in accordance with bank policy,” said Caleb.
Caleb began his journey in banking as a loan officer, which provided him with a unique perspective on bank operations and understanding of different areas in a bank. His experience as both a lender, credit analyst, and more recently as VP – Loan Review has equipped him with a strong expertise of credit risk.
Caleb serves as Treasurer of the Sun Prairie Public Library Foundation and is a member of the Governance Committee for the Sun Prairie Emergency Food Pantry. He recently earned his Credit Risk Certification through the Prosight Financial Association.
