Ashley Kubacki
SAGINAW, Mich.,—1st State Bank has added Ashley Kubacki and Paige LaPeen as mortgage loan officers, expanding its mortgage lending team.
Paige LaPeen
Kubacki began her mortgage lending career in 2022 following five years in the insurance industry. She most recently served as mortgage lending officer at Jolt Credit Union. A resident of Saginaw County, she is active with the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, and the Midland Business Alliance.
LaPeen brings over eight years of mortgage lending experience, most recently with Mercantile Bank. A Midland County resident, she is active with the Midland Business Alliance and MyPros. She also serves on the board of Family & Children’s Services of Mid-Michigan and is a committee member for the Midland Board of Realtors.
