Tracy Woodrow
BUFFALO, N.Y.,—M&T Bank has appointed Tracy S. Woodrow as Regional President for Western New York, expanding her responsibilities while she continues to serve as Chief Administrative Officer.
As Regional President, Woodrow will lead M&T’s community bank leadership team across an eight-county region, including its retail, business, commercial, wealth management, government banking, and charitable divisions.
Woodrow joined M&T in 2013 to oversee the bank’s anti-money laundering program and rose to Chief Human Resources Officer in 2020. In 2023, she became Chief Administrative Officer. She is a member of the bank’s Executive Leadership Team.
In the community, Woodrow serves on the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra Board of Trustees, is Vice President of the Buffalo Prep Board, and Chair of the Westminster Foundation Board. She is also a 2019 graduate of Leadership Buffalo.
