WAUSAU, Wis., — PSB Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Peoples State Bank elected Jeff Wickersham and Tim Kilgore to the board of directors. Board member Kevin Kraft was elected as chairman of the board. He replaces long-time chairman William Fish, who will remain active on the board as a director. Additionally, Lee Guenther retired in April 2024 after serving on the board since 2013.
Wickersham is the owner of Wickersham Jewelers in Wisconsin. Kilgore is the president of sales at Greenheck Fan Corporation, a globally recognized leader in commercial and institutional HVAC products.

Wickersham is a second-generation owner and operator of Wickersham Jewelers, a company known for their tagline “If you can dream it, we can make it.” As someone whose family has been in the diamond business for over 50 years, Wickersham has a good handle on knowing what customers want and exceeding expectations.
“My hope is to provide knowledge and lessons learned about business and people while serving on the board,” said Wickersham. “As trends and expectations of customers change, we must be mindful of how to stay ahead of the game. Peoples has done that and I’m looking forward to working together with my board colleagues to address the strategic initiatives of the bank.”
Kilgore has been at Greenheck for 19 years. Currently as the president of sales, he is responsible for sales, channel management, and building customer and sales representative relationships. Kilgore’s leadership and innovative approach has propelled the Greenheck Corporation to a new level, with consistent, above average growth.
