
Shelley Edgington
OREGON, Wis.,—One Community Bank has promoted Shelley Edgington to Senior Vice President – Client Experience Operations. In this new role, she will focus on the operational efficiency of the client experience area of the bank.
“Shelley will lead initiatives to enhance retail operational efficiencies, direct retail audit processes, and refine workflows and procedures. Her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in guiding the retail area, and we’re thrilled to see her take on this expanded responsibility,” Liz Deihs, EVP & Chief Experience Officer, said.
With over forty years of experience, Shelley has had the opportunity to hold a variety of roles. “I’ve found that my greatest professional satisfaction has always come from the retail side of the business,” stated Shelley.
