Amanda Dudek
MT. PLEASANT, Mich.,—Isabella Bank has promoted Miles Coffland, Len Desormeau, Amanda Dudek, Cathy Lamrouex, Deb Markley, Dee Powell and Harry Steib to officer roles across the organization.**

Coffland has been promoted to vice president and information security officer. A member of the Isabella Bank team since 2003, he coordinates security awareness, vendor management, business continuity and identity theft education programs.
Desormeau has been promoted to officer and human resources generalist. Since joining Isabella Bank in 2019, he has overseen recruiting, onboarding and employee relations efforts. In his role, he helps attract, develop and retain employees across the organization.
Dudek has been promoted to officer and branch manager. She joined Isabella Bank in 2022 and has more than 20 years of banking experience. Based at the bank’s Saginaw Bay Road branch, she supports employee development while serving customers throughout the region.
Cathy Lamrouex
Lamrouex has been promoted to officer and branch manager II. A banking professional with more than 30 years of experience, she joined Isabella Bank in 2022. She manages the day-to-day operations at the bank’s Saginaw State Street branch and supports team members across the organization.
Markley has been promoted to regional vice president and regional branch manager. She brings 37 years of community banking experience and oversees operations for Isabella Bank’s south region branches.
Harry Steib
Powell has been promoted to company officer and project manager. Since joining Isabella Bank in 2013, she has held several leadership positions. Based at the bank’s downtown Mount Pleasant office, she oversees the bank’s project portfolio and supports project owners across the organization.
Steib has been promoted to regional vice president and regional branch manager. He joined Isabella Bank in 2012 and serves as regional branch manager for the east region. Based at the bank’s Freeland branch, he provides leadership to branch teams, supports business development efforts and helps lead the bank’s community involvement throughout the Great Lakes Bay region.
