
Lukas Kreger
WAUKESHA, Wis.,—First Federal Bank of Wisconsin has promoted Lukas Kreger to Chief Financial Officer. Kreger joined First Federal Bank of Wisconsin in 2025 as Senior Vice President of Finance and has quickly made a significant impact on the organization through his leadership, financial expertise, and strategic insight.
Prior to joining the bank, Kreger was part of the audit practice at Deloitte, where he worked with a range of complex public and private companies, developing deep experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant, bringing valuable financial acumen to his new leadership role.
In his new role as Chief Financial Officer, Kreger will expand his leadership responsibilities to include oversight of treasury and asset liability management, in addition to continuing to lead the bank’s financial reporting and audit functions.
