HILLSDALE, Mich.,—County National Bank has promoted Delesha Padula to vice president and chief banking officer and appointed Robin Dick as vice president and chief risk officer and Shaunna Padgett as vice president and chief innovation officer, according to Joseph R. Williams, president and CEO.

Delesha Padula
Padula joined County National Bank in 2017 as a branch manager and was later promoted to consumer loan officer and assistant vice president–retail lending officer. She has 26 years of banking experience with expertise in leadership, lending, operations, and process and change management. She is active in the Hillsdale Elks Lodge.
Robin Dick joins County National Bank with 39 years of experience in the financial services industry. Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Eastern Michigan University and is an honors graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Her expertise includes risk management, compliance, BSA/AML, fraud prevention, audit and quality assurance, and she holds the CAMS certification. She is active in her community and is a member of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists, and the ACAMS Michigan Chapter.

Shaunna Padgett
Shaunna Padgett joins County National Bank with 23 years of experience in the banking industry. Shaunna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public History from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of the Perry School of Banking. Her expertise includes operational efficiency, process improvement, technology adoption, software implementation, and strategic planning. She serves as a member of the Community Banking Initiative Group and as a board member of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra.
