Neil Wagler
HILLSDALE, Mich., — County National Bank has promoted Neil Wagler and added Douglas Kiessling, Katie Anderson and Jessica Webb to regional leadership positions, according to Joseph R. Williams, president and CEO.
Wagler has been promoted to regional vice president and Lansing market executive. He joined County National Bank in 2010 and has 16 years of banking experience, with expertise in real estate financing, business acquisitions and credit enhancement programs through the Small Business Administration and Michigan Economic Development Corporation.

Katie Anderson
Kiessling joins the bank as regional vice president and Calhoun market executive. He has 33 years of banking experience, including more than 30 years in agricultural lending. Kiessling also serves on the Marshall Public Schools AFNR Advisory Committee and is a longtime supporter of the Marshall FFA and Marshall FFA Alumni Council.

Anderson has joined County National Bank as a regional banking center officer serving Hillsdale and Lenawee counties. She has 15 years of banking experience and more than 20 years of management experience. Anderson is involved with Stockbridge Community Outreach, the Jackson County Humane Society and Chelsea Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica Webb
Webb also has been named a regional banking center officer and will work primarily in Jackson County. She has 22 years of banking experience and also serves as manager of the bank’s Spring Arbor Road branch. Webb currently serves on the Jackson Magazine Editorial Board.
