Leslie Meck
SCRANTON, Pa., — Peoples Security Bank & Trust has named Leslie Meck vice president and regional branch sales and administration manager for its Southern Region and Jared J. McLaughlin assistant vice president and area manager for the Lehigh Valley.
Meck will lead branch offices throughout the Southern Region, overseeing sales, operations and regulatory compliance. She joined Peoples Security Bank & Trust in 2025 as senior cash management sales officer and has more than 30 years of community banking experience.
Before joining the bank, Meck served as chief retail and chief experience officer at Centric Bank. Her experience also includes retail banking, marketing, cash management, business development and mortgage operations.
Meck serves on the board of directors and Finance Committee for The Salvation Army of the Capital Region and previously held leadership positions with United Way of the Capital Region and the Pennsylvania Bankers School of Banking.
McLaughlin will oversee the bank’s three Lehigh Valley branches. He has 26 years of banking experience in the region and previously served as financial center manager for Mid Penn Bank in Allentown.
