CNB Adds New Team Members

HILLSDALE, Mich.,—County National Bank has added Jody Dodd as VP - Chief Human Resources Officer, Sean Schumitsch as AVP  Commercial Loan Officer, and Jen Shears as the Somerset Center Branch Manager, according to President and CEO Joseph R. Williams.

Jody Dodd joins CNB with 10 years of experience in human resources. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Olivet and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Sean Schumitsch joins CNB with 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Sean primarily serves Ingham County, bringing a strong background in commercial lending, relationship development, and personalized financial solutions.

Jen Shears joins CNB with 27 years of experience in the banking industry. She brings extensive expertise in building strong client relationships and is knowledgeable about a wide range of banking products and services.
