Kendall Rieman Joins Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Board

CLEVELAND, Ohio, — Croghan Colonial Bank President and CEO Kendall Rieman has been elected to the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland for a three-year term ending December 31, 2027.

“I am honored to be elected by my fellow member banks and to represent our district. I’m excited for the opportunity to help direct the FRB Cleveland activities. The FRB plays a very important role in all banking activities in addition to their influence on the direction of interest rates.” Rieman said.

Rieman has led Croghan Colonial Bank since January 2019, having over 30 years of banking industry experience. He is a University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate School of Banking program graduate.

Croghan Bancshares, Lead Director, James Bowlus, commented on Rieman’s directorship; “We are proud and honored to have our President elected to such a position within the Federal Reserve System. We’re confident that he will significantly contribute to the board’s ongoing efforts in our district.”
