OREGON, Wis.,—One Community Bank has added Rich Walker to its Advisory Board. Rich currently serves as the Chief Human Resources & Business Services Officer of Research Products Corporation.

Rich currently serves on the board of the Fall River Group in Fall River, WI. He brings a wealth of leadership experience, having held Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President roles at Oregon Tool in Portland, Oregon, and Fiskars Brands in Madison, WI. Rich is deeply passionate about cultivating high-performing teams and supporting businesses through transformative growth.
