OCB Promotes Hagens and Havey to VP Roles

OREGON, Wis.,—One Community Bank has promoted Topher Hagens to VP Portfolio Management & Lender Operations and Nona Havey to VP - Area Banking Manager. .

“Topher has shown strong leadership, a deep understanding of our commercial lending operations, and a genuine commitment to both our clients and colleagues,” said Dan Carey, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. “His collaborative approach and focus on continuous improvement have made a meaningful impact across our organization. I’m confident he will continue to strengthen our commercial department in this new role.”

Topher joined OCB in 2020 and has advanced through roles in Credit, Portfolio Management, and Lender Operations. This career path has provided him with broad, hands-on experience across OCB’s commercial lending platform.

Topher will continue to lead the portfolio management team, lender operation function, and support commercial lenders. In this new role, he will focus on developing team members and driving process improvements that enhance consistency, efficiency, and regulatory readiness across the commercial platform.

Nona Havey

Nona will oversee OCB’s Middleton, Stoughton, Waunakee, and Oregon locations. She will be working closely with Bank Managers to build strong teams and deepen relationships.

“Being able to support such talented teams while helping our bank locations succeed is the most rewarding part of my job,” said Nona. “Watching my peers grow in their careers and working together to provide excellent experiences brings me great joy.”

Nona began career with One Community Bank in 2010 as a part-time Teller. Throughout the years, she has grown through several roles, including Teller Supervisor, Assistant Bank Manager, Bank Manager, and more. Each of these positions has helped shape her leadership style while providing valuable experience in operations, team development, and client service.

Nona is actively involved  with McFarland’s Chamber of Commerce. She is on the Winter Wonderland Committee, the Fall Festival Committee, and a member of the Lionesses.
