OREGON, Wis.,—One Community Bank has added two new members to its Advisory Board: Jessica Blaska-Grady, General Manager at The Oaks Golf Course, and Dr. Callie Maursetter, optometrist and owner at Isthmus Eye Care.
Jessica Blaska-Grady has worked at the family-owned golf course in Cottage Grove for 18 of its 22 years in operation since 2003. “I am excited to join OCB’s Advisory Board and contribute to an organization that continues to grow with purpose,” she said. “I look forward to supporting OCB efforts to innovate while staying true to what makes the bank special.”
Jessica volunteers at Gilda’s Club events, serves on the board of directors for the Thompson-Wood Foundation — which raises funds for UW Carbone Cancer Center’s pancreas cancer research — and is a board member of the Golf Course Owners of Wisconsin.

Dr. Callie Maursetter
“We’re pleased to welcome Jessica to the Advisory Board,” said Jim Walker, Advisory Board Independent Chair. “Her extensive knowledge and expertise will be a strong addition to our group.”
Dr. Callie Maursetter, who joins alongside Blaska-Grady, brings a background in small business ownership and healthcare. She has spent the past 15 years building Isthmus Eye Care into a successful three-location optometry practice known for personalized service and advanced technology. A native of Waupaca, she moved to Madison to establish her practice and deepen her ties to the area.
“I am honored to be joining the OCB Advisory Board,” said Maursetter. “I look forward to supporting OCB’s leadership team as they continue to grow as an organization and make a difference in the communities they serve.”
In her personal time, she enjoys curling and is a member of the Madison Curling Club.
“Callie’s leadership experience and community focus are a great match for our board,” said Walker. “We’re excited to have her join.”
