First Federal Names Barr EVP

WAUKESHA, Wis.,—First Federal Bank of Wisconsin has promoted Andrew Narr to Executive Vice President of Commercial Banking.

Narr joined First Federal Bank of Wisconsin in 2019 and has played a critical role in strengthening the bank’s credit culture and expanding its commercial banking portfolio. Over the last five years, he has built deep relationships with both new and existing business customers while establishing a foundation of prudent credit practices that support long-term growth.

Narr will continue to lead the commercial banking team, with expanded responsibilities for strategic growth, credit quality, and commercial relationship development across all markets served by First Federal Bank of Wisconsin.

Prior to joining First Federal, Narr held leadership roles in commercial lending at several community-focused financial institutions in the region. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, and business development.
