Previously serving as Vice President of Operations, Erica has played a pivotal role in advancing operational excellence and efficiencies, as well as fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization.
Erica’s leadership extends beyond process improvement. She is known for empowering team members to achieve their full potential. Through her ability to mentor and build high-performing teams, Erica has strengthened the bank’s operational foundation while driving strategic growth initiatives.
Her credentials include CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) and CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), reflecting her expertise in compliance, risk management and business analysis. These skills, combined with her people-first leadership style, have enabled Erica to lead critical projects that enhanced customer experience, streamlined internal processes and reinforced the bank’s compliance posture.
