Bank of Kaukauna Makes Leadership Appointments

KAUKAUNA, Wis.,—The Bank of Kaukauna has named Travis Jones Chief Lending Officer, Mindy Casper Vice President of Retail Banking and Natalie Onkels Vice President of IT & Information Security Officer.

Travis Jones has been with the bank for five years as Business Banking Manager and Senior Loan officer. During that time, Jones has contributed meaningfully to the Bank of Kaukauna’s growth by fostering strong partnerships with businesses throughout our community. In his new role, Jones will oversee the commercial banking group and continue the bank’s long-standing legacy of supporting the business community throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

Mindy Casper was formerly the Consumer Banking Manager, Casper has played a vital role in improving customer experiences and streamlining retail banking services. Her leadership will strengthen the bank’s focus on convenient and accessible banking solutions.

Natalie Onkels

Natalie Onkels has been with Bank of Kaukauna for 13 years and served in a variety of roles, including teller, operations, finance, project management and IT, just to name a few. Her deep understanding of technology and security protocols makes her an excellent fit for this newly created role at the bank. In her new role, Onkels will continue to advance the bank’s cybersecurity measures and technological infrastructure to safeguard customers and the bank while also helping to create a greater banking experience for all clients.
