GREEN BAY, Wis., — Associated Banc-Corp reported Q2 2024 earnings of $80 million and $0.52 per share compared to Q1 2024 earnings of $78 million and $0.52 per share and Q2 2023 earnings of $84 million and $0.56 per share.
“After demonstrating an ability to execute with Phase 1 of our strategic plan, we continued to build momentum across the company by adding talent in key areas and deploying product and digital enhancements during the second quarter,” said President and CEO Andy Harmening.
The board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share payable on September 16, 2024, to shareholders on September 3, 2024.
